Our roots run deep in North Alabama. The Singing River that inspired our name was here long before any of us, and it will be here long after we’re gone. We want the same to be true for our practice and our impact on the community.

Leadership Team

OWNER / FOUNDER

Dr. Jimmy Gardiner has always enjoyed calling the Shoals, AL, area home. Born and raised in Tuscumbia, AL, Dr. Gardiner is fulfilling his lifelong dream of serving the people of Northwest Alabama. Dr. Gardiner finished his undergraduate studies at Birmingham Southern in 1987 with an emphasis in chemistry and history. He graduated from the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1992 and immediately opened his private practice in downtown Tuscumbia.

In his role as a practicing Dentist and Owner, Dr. Gardiner enjoys people and taking care of patients' needs. He also loves educating and motivating our team members and patients to be their very best. His life’s mission is to, “take care of people”, and he inspires our team to do so everyday.

Dr. Gardiner and his wife, Nan, have two children, J. and Ryan Leigh. They enjoy spending time together on their farm and other outdoor activities. They especially look forward to hosting the annual Saddle-up for St. Jude event in Tuscumbia, which has raised over 3 million dollars for St. Jude's Children Hospital.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Dave is a strategic and operational leader who works as the Chief Strategy Officer for Singing River Dental Partners, one of the fastest growing Dental Service Organizations in North Alabama. As part of the executive leadership team, Dave leverages his background in education, coaching and consulting to help design, develop and execute strategic growth and operational initiatives.

Since joining Singing River Dental Partners in 2018, Dave’s experience in teaching, training, and building teams has led to the growth and increased health of Singing River Dental Partners. Dave’s individualized approach to leadership and focus on personal and professional growth has helped elevate our team to achieve their highest potential inside and outside of the clinic.

Dave and his wife Azlan enjoy an active and sometimes hectic lifestyle with their three children, Scout, Holden and Lyla in Oregon and Alabama.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, GENERAL DENTISTRY

Lauren is the Director of Operations of General Dentistry for Singing River Dental Partners.

She has been a part of the Singing River Dentistry team for 7 years. Working in the business office and learning the ins and outs of dentistry has given her the tools to be in operations. She has a heart for people and wants to do whatever it takes to make sure our patients and team members have a great experience everyday.

Lauren is from Decatur, Alabama and attended the University of North Alabama in Florence. She now resides in Florence with her husband, Dustin and adorable dog Greta.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, TREEHOUSE CHILDREN’S DENTISTRY

Erin’s role within Singing River Dental Partners is Director of Operations for Treehouse Children’s Dentistry.

Erin started her career in the dental field by obtaining her Dental Hygiene License in Mississippi. In 2015, she began her career with Singing River Dentistry working as a hygienist. She was quick to dive in and learn all she could within the office and has continued her love of learning to elevate herself to this position. Today, she uses her clinical knowledge to help in daily operations for the children’s clinics.

Erin and her husband, Corbette, have 2 daughters, Berkley and Payton. You can almost always find them outside playing with neighborhood friends or attending sporting events to cheer on their friends or favorite teams!

DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Lisa Blazer is Director of People Operations at Singing River Dental Partners where she has served in multiple roles over her 22 years of employment with the company.

She has over 15 years of experience in customer service prior to joining Singing River Dental Partners in 2001. Serving many years in the role of “HR Department of One” has provided the opportunity to work in all areas of HR. As Director of HR, Lisa is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resource function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of human capital programs, policies, and services. At the heart of these responsibilities is Lisa’s desire to influence, encourage, and exemplify the company’s culture of taking care of people and inspiring others to do the same.

Outside the office, Lisa is very active in her church, where she serves on many teams, leads women’s small groups, and serves as a Small Group Leader Coach. She also enjoys interior decorating, reading, singing, traveling and spending time with her family. Lisa was widowed in 2019 after 34 years of marriage to her husband, David. She has 3 grown children, Elizabeth, Amy, and Matt, and 3 grandchildren.

HYGIENE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

As Hygiene Development Specialist she spends her time in calibration, connection and culture of the teams in taking care of people through the ultimate patient experience. She is passionate about serving the team in planning continue education events as well as team building events to help the teams be the best they can be personally and professionally. She still serves the patients in the clinic two days a week.

Michelle along with her husband, Jeff, enjoys time with their two sons Jerrod and Caleb, their wives and five grandkids on the farm and at the lake. Michelle is the Author of,”Logan Learns a Lesson”; a children’s book that teaches concepts about oral hygiene. She has also taught Bible class for 39 years which is the highlight of her week.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Christyn is the Chief Financial Officer of Singing River Dental Partners and serves on its leadership team. She is a graduate of University of Mississippi’s Patterson School of Accountancy and has been practicing accounting in the medical field since 2015.

Using her education and professional experience, she helps guide the financial decisions of Singing River Dental Partners and our partnered dental practices with the goal of taking exceptional care of our partners, patients, team members and communities.

While Christyn’s primary passion is taking care of people, she is also passionate about the conservation of nature. She and her husband Cole spend much of their free time traveling, hiking/kayaking, and enjoying this beautiful world with their 2 dogs.
